Get a clear vision of what change you want in your life.
STEP 2 - Current Story
Identify where you are now and see how it compares to your Desired Story.
STEP 3 - Directional Plan
Using the 5 key components for change set a plan that will support the change you desire.
STEP 4 - ECM Planner
From your Directional Plan start choosing small daily actions you can use in your planner/day. Your small daily actions will lead to your big life changes.
STEP 5 - Check-in
Reflect on your change making process with monthly check-ins. Repeat Steps 1 through 5 if you feel off course from your desired change.
