To be honest, I was a bit embarrassed to post this video, but this is the raw and real version of me. I find it interesting how my reactions can easily vary. They still do outside of this video. To me, this highlights the importance of maintaining my optimal health to make me feel the best I can because it is so easy to go down that slippery slope of negativity if I start to choose it. Everyday I must remember to choose to be an Enthusiastic Change Maker!
